The Dullas Brothers

The two brothers set the course for the entire cold war. They did happen to succeed in both o those things. It's not always easy to compare someone's performance a at something like being secretary of state or director of, iterally, a secret agency. I think that it can be very instructive to look at when people break with patterns and perhaps perform at a remarkably high or low level.
