The Journey of Elijah
Elijah walked to the Mount of God for 40 days and forty nights. He was given a cake baked on hot stones and water as he slept under a broom tree. When Elijah awoke, an angel touched him and said: Arise and eat. The Lord told Eliez that Hazael would be king over Syria; Jehu will slay anyone who escapes from his sword. Elisha becomes Elijah's disciple.
