How Important Is Active Feedback?
If you don't have active feedback in a room, youy end up with a lot of a back door criticisms. You have to be willing to speak what you see, regardless of how it affects your job. And so he act of feedback isn't about every one the organization getting that talk about everything and giving input to everything. It's about people that are a allowed to speak their minds and give insights anda and deal with the leadership ceilings that are there.
