The Importance of Knowing Your Value

I think one of the things for me was knowing my value and what I bring to the table. When you surround yourself by people who are smarter and better than you, it's really positive in the sense that you get to learn and grow a lot. It also comes with some negatives too, where you're hard on yourself. There's so much to learn at cruise because at a self-driving car company, there are so many systems involved.
