In confirmatory diligence, you have to work with a team of cross functional delegates. Figure out what the critical path is for each of those functions to be able to get to that integrated state. Start doing that one to two weeks in confirmatory diligence. Then start having the joint discussions with the target leadership. And at this point it's not exact operation lines, but you have this meaningful model.
