When you've been living your whole life in this agreement with a sacrifice o your are basically agreeing to make yourself uncomfortable and numb out the needs of your body. You have now lived your entire life this way. When you realize that there is a possibility of living another way, that is almost like this undercurrent of grief for for all the years i have given up my constant invitation and portunity to be in full expression of myself.
