What Are You Telling Leaders Who Call You for Advice?
The next six to ten months are critical in term s of how to use stimulus money that's been issued. We do have to keep some spending capacity also for the next crisis. What i wish they d wat academics do is write pieces which they hope somebody will read, and then form somebody who can do something about it. That's basically all foreign policy.
