The Fed's Plan to Tighten Credit

Don't be surprised if you see another one to whatever bailouts where GP Morgan size banks, I don't know which ones buy out other banks. If the network of a thousand plus regional banks that supply most of the capital to Main Street, can't you stop lending because they can't afford to anymore, that is more than enough to triple send a recession. The next big one, as I've said many times, is commercial real estate, which disproportionately hurts the regional banks. We're going to hear these every single time things get bad: No more QE, no more easing too much and we'll never do that again ever.
