This is a part of a cycle of political movies. There's the best man, i guess you could go back to the manchurian candidate. But this three or four years ersasal, of course, fail save where there's just a bunch of political thrillers. I would argue that this is the one, one of the ones that sort of takes the premise farthest out in terms of what's the most terrible thing that coul happen? The millitary decides that it's going to take over the government. It's not a spy movie in the traditional sense.
