I think a lot of times data science is have to wear different hats. I don't think data scientists should solve every problems, but you have to understand the issue deep enough and then create a ticket that's so specific. You have to do the root housing for them and then they can do the fix. That's my whole experience how to do it manually. And there might be issues that you don't even know about and you're going to hear about it from a customer later on,. which is even worse. So after state is you're the first to know about issues. You know about it before anyone else. You resolve it really quickly. We've seen this live at JetBlue
