Jim junkie shoulders can be a challenge because all they want to do is carry on lifting man. with those patients though that are say they're weight lifters and they got pain when they're doing maybe an overhead prayer or even bench pushups. Sometimes just limiting the range helps a lot so with the shoulder pressing or the bench pressing that they get shoulder pain. It's the extra stress and strain into the gli no curable joint because the scapulas just got nowhere to go, he says.
