I find late at night, perstalsis slows. You're not as insolent sensitive late at night. Digestion just doesn't work as well. When you're doing a two or three or four day fast, those are not a good time to do heavy workouts and really intense stuff at work. What's better is to say, im ma dod over a week end, and i'm going to journal. I'll go for a walk in nature. And your walk in nater will be very different when you're fasted.
