20 21 was a year that was as dominated by covid in many ways as 20 20 was. Vaccine equity has been something which we've talked about a lot because it's so fundamental to the global response. Inequalities in health and the origin of ill health are problems for which the solutions lie in many respects outside the health care sector. The pandemic isn't over untill it's over everywhere.
