But based on what happened at the supreme court to day, it seems like it won't be a right for much longer. The justices are considering a law from mississippi that would ban almost all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. After two hours of questioning, the general consensus among legal experts is that there are at least five votes to upholdMississippi's ban and possibly as many votes to overturn a federal right to an abortion altogether.
