The European Investment Bank and the Ukraine Crisis

The European Investment Bank is boasting that they've been working in Ukraine since 2007. But I actually think there's more to it than that because as we'll see later when we start talking about the banks and cash, we will be seeing more of the bank. The Netherlands took very early, a very different route to educational freedom and diversity than other Western countries did.
