The Hidden Compulsion to Mask Yourself

The RSD kicks in if you get told off but I've masked so many things. Anxiety is an actual comorbidity of ADHD existing as a separate from disorder that you can have as well. For other people the anxiety might be caused by living with ADHD in a neurotypical world. It isn't known if that's a genetic reason or biological reason or environmental or something else. So constant masking or feeling like you don't belong or feeling like a failure like I'm not a proper boy as I always used to say. It's kind of no wonder that half of all adults already actually have anxiety issues.
