The Sound Meditation Technique, Listening to Sound

The first thing is what we call basically, we need to connect with our consciousness. Just hear the sound, knowing the sound, being with the sound, actually you are connecting with the awareness here. So by listening to sound, we are learning wisdom, love and compassion and awareness. That's slowly, slowly we can change visual object, smell, test, special sensation in the body. Then eventually, you can do the same thing with the panning, panning attacks. The way listen to sound, what we call the sound meditation, treating the important normally.
