Elizabeth Taylor's Death
Elizabeth Taylor was a shoplifter. She did a copy of A.Hausmann's Ashropshi Lad from Foyles. The reason she did it is because, as probably you all know, she's married to Richard Burton twice. He boasted about how good he was at stealing from the bookshop. And so she thought, I'm going to go and do that too. When she died in 2011, the New York Times ran an obituary written by Mel Gussow who had himself died six years earlier. By the end of publication, everyone involved was dead.
