Bannon was sentenced to two years in jail for contempt of Congress. The former White House chief strategist is being held at the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) He has been charged with making a false statement about an investigation into President Barack Obama's health care reform plan. Bannon will be released from prison on December 15, and could run for president when he gets out.
