Are You Getting Signals That You Don't Fit Them?

I like to work in environments where, you know, risk is rewarded and vulnerability is something that's encouraged. I think i've been able to get to the point where i can recognize when i'm not fitting the whatever mould is in this group. And so it's not necessarily me, it's just, it's the environment. It has no impact on your own self worth as a person.
