Our approach differs in the sense that we're normally providing a discount to market for those renewals. And our renewal ratio is normally in the 68% range. So we will have an increase that is moderate and again affordable to that runner. Some of our peers actually have high renewal rates, but they're actually not pushing renewal rents. We're doing both, but we're doing it in a way where we think we're adding more value than just kind of shelter or another apartment complex.
