If a person is going to do a practice that sets aside time, i would say at least 20 minutes. But people who are really into it do, you know, forty or 50 or 60 minutes. Whereas a person who is ultra cultivated, who is living a kind of paleolithic type life, like i live a very paleolithictype life. There's a forest there. I saw trees, and i cut firewood and i make pathways. And i tenned a place in the a, in that natural environment, as a practice, which is a highly compacted clay area, really cool birds and trees and all that. The objectofit, of your own daily routine.
