Concur Expense - A Four-Day Workweek?

There is a shifting attitude towards that, though, actually. The drive for shared parental leave has probably helped in that. There are lots of places where it will be hard to bring about that kind of culture. But I just don't think that there's any reason why any industry can't make a four-day-week work. Our sickness and absence rate has gone down massively. We've seen happiness go up and fatigue go down since we've done the four-day week. For me, what business wouldn't want?
