Cososn is a framework for building smart contracts on top of bitcoin. It uses different madules, and it's easy to import code from here or create your own. What it does require though, is a hard fork every time you want to change it. The wasam code uplad in th transaction, just like an ethereum n uplod cod. So the actual, the virtual machine and the runtime is in this maduil which then actually calls into every other madral of the system,. But the actual am, the wsam code, uploads n state ofthe thing, stores in that code when that code loads.
