The Importance of Simplifying Communications

I was speaking to someone called John Marshall from an organization called Potential Energy. And he's very focused on getting the dialogue right. He gave one particular example of communications, which I thought I would share with this is because it's fascinating. If you say to people in Florida, do you want net zero by 2050? They say no. And if you say to them: Do you want to do something about the flooding? They say yes. So ultimately, what we need to do is to find ways to simplify our messages. There's an inevitable policy response coming and a race to regulation is now an very exciting new narrative.
