Do You Think the FTC Is a Regulator of Almost Everything?

The f t c is one of those little sneaky agencies, or i guess, very obviously sneaky agencies, that can be a regulator of almost everything. A lot of the conversation is being driven by these new theories of competition and anti trust which could have implications for lots of different am nooks and crannies of the finte ecosystem. This does raise a number of questions, include whether or not the big focus in this area will be just larger companies.
