What's Next for Jabhaer?
ja bhaer is working on a new national study of customer expectations around speed and ponsiveness. My thesis is that it doesn't matter if you're the bestest, if you're always the fastest. And so i'm trying to validate that with some new research,. assuming i can do so. I will write a new keynote on that topic and get that perfected, and probably turn it into a book sometime this sure. Ase ye's still all up in the air. So it's actually fun and exciting. Rit it is absolutely fun and exciting, and keeps you on your toes.
