It sounds like the spring offensive in Ukraine started much later than we anticipated. Does this mean that we have to reevaluate some of the assumptions about the morale and the strength of the Russian army? I'd love to understand the reasons for why that is. And then it sounds like even once the offensive actually started, progress was slower than at least some people hoped.
