Xte: There are many different ways to get stronger. It doesn't always have to be choosing or prioritizing maximul low velocity strength. And i think if people are enjoying it, which is probably priority number one for us... that sets somebody up for a long, productive training career and also a good health troject relative to exercise. We don't have to mandate a clar way to programme. That's ultimately whet were trying to do.
