Launch Strategy - How to Build a Viral Loop Product

We spent eight months building the product so this was not a quick product again we sort of ignored the whole lean start up put something out you're not proud of. We then had like a viral loop product built into our waitlist so we had a sequence of emails set up to keep people engaged and that sequence of emails wasn't just about trumpet it was about sales collateral. About 20% 22% of our waitlist came from referrals so it did really really work but unfortunately the end product they won't actually want it.
