People that accumulate three points over a short space of time, are they less likely to be identified as serious offenders than someone that gets a band instantly for doing a hundred miles an hour or is drink driving? O, remain, they accumulate their ban over time, or more likely to just get it inonon exactly. They don't think for one minute that a police officer is going to put them parking on der a doble yellow line together with, theugh, a serious rm yvthegot. So that's the psychology. The risk doesn't even enter their minds because the connection is not there,. But just on a fundamental level, they're more leaning towards being rule breakers
