If your mind is undisciplined or uncontrolled, then you are a slave to it. It takes over and you serve its chaotic whims. Don't live in a way that wastes your brief life. Put in the effort to discipline your mind. Sthings, utility and purpose do not exist naturally. They must be created. And a chaotic mind will never produce them.
