The Role of Self-Pleasure

I don't ever want people to forgo connection for the sake of something like waking up at a certain time, or these things that we see on social media. So I think that it's more than okay to have that override the routine if it means that that's what that looks like for that day, for that week, for that season. It's really important to me to also call those things out because I do know being in this space. And yeah, something like masturbation when it comes to establishing a sense of intimacy with ourselves can hold a lot of shame for people. Totally.
