The Effects of Sport on Performance and Personal Development

The climate was very positive respect for hard working cohesive fostering positive relationships across the team and with coaches as well that's what I heard you say as well yeah so to develop players but also people developing player but also people. So we used a framework called personal assets framework that was developed by Jean-Cote and colleagues okay to better understand how sport can lead to these positive outcomes. According to the framework our sport experiences are influenced by engagement in activities, social relationships and the physical and competitive settings so it's about what we do who we do it with and where we do it so this study looked at those three key areas of activity.
