No Size Fits All

I remember a conversation, I think it was a few years ago, in SEP at the Institute of Sport in France. The question was why do you just have a generic program that everyone does? And I said, we haven't got the talent pool to waste in Britain. We've got to try and find how can we get you to the best place possible as opposed to there's the program everyone lock in off you go. Well, I think that's a perfect example of why I called that chapter no size fits all because I think there's differences between individuals even within a sport.
