Well, we should step forward and embrace what the united states and europe did last week. We need humility on the part of oil consumers that they are going to have to pay higher prices. What we need is policies that somehow stabilize growth while cutting the use of oil,. Cutting the use of natural gas in these terribly difficult circumstances.
