God's chosen people who he still loves turned away from him. And so what happens? The result is not god's lacking in power, but as chapter 59, verse ten, says, we grope for the wall like the blind. We grope like those who have no eyes, because the lord has taken away the light. This is chapter 60, so again, this is all about repentance.
