How to Avoid Paralysis From Too Much Information
I tend to have sometimes something that some people call, I think it's a paralysis analysis or analysis paralysis, where you get paralyzed because of too much information. The goal here is to always be really clear on what you're trying to achieve and narrows your scope substantially. You don't need to pass through every single fact and figure before you make a decision. But the key is spend a little bit of time understanding what your key design outcomes are.
