Is There a Requirement to Mow Your Yard?
The question is, as this transition is happening, it seems like some of these places are being slow lorded out. I think that there are reasonable things we should do from a regulatory standpoint to require like, the grass to be mowed and the house to be up kept. These are neighborhoods that are rising in value. And so allowing some one to come there for a decade or two decades with a place that is undervalued and not being well taken care of? That's just nonsensical.
