The Value of Being Vulnerable

Sally Kohn: It's really easy to be honest about other people's flaws. But it's incredibly difficult to be honestAbout your own. So this addresses the vulnerability point. The other outside world doesn't need to know your eternal business. If 12 step works for you, fantastic do it. I just like for example, there are people in my life who use therapists and they get huge value out of it. And if you can get to that point, I highly recommend it. Just do something that helps raise your level of self awareness.
