i'm not a natural educator. I didn't even know what the word pedagogy meant, like, until a year and a half ago. i have created some of the worst learning materials on planet earth for my teams. It's just a scmorgesburg of random, unstructured knowledge which just meats you in the face. Unsi you spent spent half your brain power thinking, so triangulating where did this information come from? Who said this? Are they credible? And it's just madright? So you er, it's really, really stress for scaling d learning your craft whilst you're actually kind of light actuallyd doing the job.
