How Idaho Regulates Short Term Rentals
The regulation is definitely less enforced in Idaho than other states. It's pretty much just left up to the neighbors to report if they have a problem and then the city will go out and do something about that. There's no reporting requirement of what, when it's least who it's least to. And as long as I don't cause a problem with the neighbors, you stay out of it. So we'll see where that falls.
