How to Form a Confessional Community
The center for being known is beginning to make arrangement for supporting these kinds of groups in their most basic and fundamental ways. We have a particular storytelling literature that we enter to that basically you give each member an opportunity to tell their story in 20 minutes and then we give the listeners an opportunity to reflect what they feel. Each person gets an opportunity to do this storytelling liturgy, which takes some getting used to but it's very effective. The formation of community byproduct of all this is the process of praying together including trusting Jesus as he holds us through our darkest times.
