Data systems are sticky and hard to replace. The people that have been maintaining these systems are generally the ones who will continue to maintain these systems. If you have a very robust e t l, it's still pretty natural. You're still gon ened up with a data warehouse with a bunch of tabless very easy to add on some transformation tools on top of that. And then maybe overtime, you'll eliminate the first ta if necessary. Or, you know, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
