OCMC was founded by a Boozallen partner and a BCG partner in 1987 on the premise that they didn't like the direction those firms were going. Strategy work is unalguably more fun, but as a partner, it's kind of easy to milk a client relationship and sell a lot of implementation work. And so as a partnership, we talk about this fund versus money trade off.
