The Importance of Typology in Bible Study
The New Testament authors really expect us to be good readers of the Old Testament. Once you see it, I was just in Exodus four, where where Israel is called God's Son. That's right. Seeing it all over the place. And you think, Oh, this is this is all on purpose. This is by divine design. But it's a bit ruinous. It ruins your theology. Sometimes if your theology doesn't match up with this.
