Bakunin's Alternative to Stateless Socialism

Bakunin's anarcho-collectivist stateless socialism would look like once all the old systems of power had been destroyed. He believed these anarchist communes would have direct elections of functionaries by universal suffrage from both sexes. There would be an inverted pyramid power structure, where power rested not with a minority ruling class and sconced in some far off capital but with individuals in their local communities.
