If you adopt any system that's difficult and complex to learn and operate, it will not be learned or operated by staff. Another factor I think too is ease of use. Whatever system you move to, it's got to be easy to operate. All of them have a help desk function though, which you find to be immediately great because anybody in the firm that's got any problem can turn in an issue within hours.
