The Effect of a Retreat on My Life
I didn't know if I thought she was very strange. She showed me the Buddha. And then some years later, I was doing something. So what was the effect of that retreat coming back and how did it affect your life? It took me some time to find my way to coming to London with the center regularly - partly because I was still working a lot. But eventually I worked out a pattern of coming on Friday evenings.
