The Impact of Stress on Trading
Stress interferes with our ability to think logically and rationally. We can't have the connection to the thinking brain when we go on tilt. For retail traders, it's mostly revenge trading where the experience is or the market took my money. So in a nutshell, it always leads to behavioral patterns that we didn't want to do. And then end up creating losses that are bigger than we want to have.
